Leasing and Property Support
Location: Chula Vista, CA
Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(Flexibility required for earlier or later showings as needed)
Pay: $25/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Leasing Agent for a temporary assignment at a residential community in Chula Vista. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable showing units, and can adapt to a flexible schedule when prospective residents request showings outside standard hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via e-mail
- Conduct property tours and show available units
- Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and community features
- Collect and track guest cards, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate unit showings, including occasional earlier or later appointments
- Assist residents placing work orders and coordinate maintenance
- Communicate effectively with property management regarding prospects and showings
- Use personal cell phone for leasing communication and scheduling
Schedule & Availability
- Regular schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be flexible to work earlier or later when needed to accommodate unit showings
Qualifications
- Prior leasing and property management experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using a personal cell phone for work-related calls and messages
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
- Familiarity with Chula Vista or surrounding areas is a plus
